“The Return” is a four-track EP by Gwyn Jay Allen, co-written and produced with pianist Alex Wilson. Blending African classical, folk blues, and West African highlife, it explores themes of identity and homecoming. Highlights include the epic title track, a reimagined “Black and Blue”, and two original songs--“Ain’t Got the Monday Blues” and “Na So Dem Say”—showcasing Gwyn’s soulful vocals and acoustic style.​
